As the matriarch, she’s known for being a little bossy and wonderfully stubborn, always keeping an eye on what’s happening around the farm and making sure the fold follows her lead. Despite her strong personality, Clementine has a very gentle side once she gets to know you. She enjoys attention on her own terms, loves a good scratch, and will never say no to a handful of carrots. With her calm confidence and unmistakable presence, she’s become one of the true characters of the property.

Winnie is Bonnie’s half-sister, sharing the same sire, and her pedigree is made up entirely of imported bloodlines. She carries plenty of natural Scottish character, with all the charm, style, and personality that Highland cattle are so loved for. Her striking features and confident nature make her a standout in the fold.

Winnie definitely has a sassy streak and isn’t afraid to let her opinions be known, but underneath it all she’s incredibly friendly and enjoys being around people. She loves a good brisket scratch, is fully halter trained, and is always one of the first to wander over for attention. Like any Highland with good taste, her absolute favourite treat is a lucerne cube — and she’ll happily remind you if she thinks it’s snack time.

Bonnie has a beautifully gentle nature and absolutely loves being around people. She’s always happy to stop for a pat or cuddle, enjoys being brushed, and is fully halter trained. Calm, affectionate, and easygoing, Bonnie has a quiet confidence about her that makes her a favourite with visitors. She’s the kind of cow who enjoys simply being part of whatever is going on.

Despite her cautious nature, Delilah is impossible to miss — she proudly sports the best dossan (fringe) in the fold, with a wonderfully wild Highland look that perfectly matches her personality. Together, the sisters are a quiet reminder of how resilient and deserving these beautiful animals are.

With patience, kindness, and the company of the fold, Tallulah is slowly learning to trust and settle into farm life. It’s been incredibly rewarding to watch both sisters become more relaxed, curious, and confident as they realise they are finally safe and cared for.

Wilma came to us from our neighbour’s farm when they were no longer able to keep her, and she has settled in beautifully. Although she’s a Highland, she was disbudded as a calf, so she doesn’t have the traditional horns — but she more than makes up for it with her big personality.

Having been hand-raised, Wilma is incredibly people-friendly and still carries the playful, joyful spirit of a calf. She’s often seen racing around the paddock, bucking and jumping with excitement — especially when she knows food is on the way. Her happy nature and cheeky energy make her impossible not to love.
